Terms of Agreement
Arrival
- I understand that my school should arrive at the Gallery 5-10 minutes before our scheduled tour time.
- I understand that Grade K-2 students receive a 45 minute tour and Grade 3-12 students receive a 60 minute tour.
Late Policy
- I understand that if we are late to the Gallery, the Gallery is unable to extend our tour time beyond the originally scheduled end time.
- I understand that if I know we are going to be late, I will call 716.270.8276 as soon as possible.
- I understand that if our group arrives more than 20 minutes past the scheduled start time of our tour, we cannot be given a guided tour.
Cancellation
- I understand I can cancel by the 21st of the month before my visit with no penalty. If I cancel after the 21st of the month before our visit, my school will be invoiced for a cancellation fee of $75.00 per bus. This invoice must be paid before I or another teacher from my school can register for the program again.
- I will make every attempt to call 716.270.8276 before 9:00 am on the scheduled tour date to report a weather cancellation, a cancellation due to school closure, or another school emergency that would affect our tour. I understand there is no penalty if my school is closed for any reason.
Tour Groups
- I agree to arrive with no more than the number of students indicated on my tour confirmation.
- I agree to divide my students into the number of groups indicated on my tour confirmation.
- I agree to arrive with at least 1 adult for every 15 students for grades K-12. Groups will not be given tours without the appropriate number of chaperones.
- I agree to review Gallery behavior and responsibilities with my chaperones and students before arrival to the Gallery.
- I understand that for a Two-Visit Tour Option, my classes should complete an in-class activity before our second visit.
Lunch
- I understand the Gallery has NO LUNCH FACILITIES.
